I have been a competitive bodybuilder for almost 30 years and help hundreds with their posing. As I am an OCB Pro, I know the importance of proper posing and stage presence is.
I promote three OCB contests per year – Jersey Natural Open, Battle for the Belt, and The Franco Classic. Assisting me is Bridget Tobin, OCB Bikini Pro and Judge.
It will be a minimum 2 hour class covering the following:
- Practicing Posing
- Instruction and Contest Simulation
- Posing Routines
- Contest and Off-Season Dieting and Training
